Your group is confirmed to view the opening bell on May 2nd.
As audience members you and your group will be active participants by helping to clap and cheer as we ring the opening or closing bell. For the Opening Bell, you will need to arrive at 9:00 a.m. The Opening Bell Ceremony begins at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 9:30 a.m. promptly.
Prior to your visit please provide the full guest list (maximum of 20). Upon arrival your group will need to present photo identification and go through a metal detector.
Our location is 4 Times Square NY, NY 10036 The entrance is on Broadway between 42nd & 43rd Street.
Please be advised that if the company opening the market on this date brings an attendance group larger than the occupancy of our studio, we will need to move any and all audience groups to the 2nd Floor to watch the ceremony through the glass. This change could happen last minute and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be advised that the date of your audience participation is contingent upon the ability of NASDAQ to make the MarketSite available subject to labor disputes, strikes or picketing, accidents, acts of terrorism, government (federal, state, local) requisitions, restrictions on travel, acts of God, and other causes, including date changes, sometimes last minute, that NASDAQ must make to scheduled Ceremonies in order to accommodate prior commitments. While NASDAQ tries to avoid these circumstances, you acknowledge that you are aware that there are occasions when the MarketSite may become unavailable, or a last minute date change may be unavoidable. Should NASDAQ be required to cancel or re-schedule your visit due to the unavailability of the MarketSite for any reason, NASDAQ will attempt to inform you as soon as practicable and will work with you to accommodate preferred scheduling, subject to the change in circumstances. You must confirm your visit within 48 hours of the request.
